Boating by TijuanaThe 15-km wide Bahía de Todos Los Santos and the open sea are great for fishing jurel, flounder, porgy, and cabrilla fishing. Personally, I wouldn't fish near Playas Tijuana, because it's too close to the Tijuana River effluent, which is polluted. I would prefer to go further south or deep sea.
